Google's new Pixel 7 and Dear Utol (2025): My Bilmoko GF Episode 34Pixel 7 Pro smartphones will be officially revealed at a "Made by Google" event on Oct. 6. Thanks to a leaked specs comparison from a mobile carrier in Taiwan (via 9to5Google), we now know most of the new phones' key features.
Before we begin, it's worth noting that the spec sheet images were shared on Telegram and have apparently been taken down from the website on which they originated, so it's hard to confirm their authenticity. Still, the specs are in line with what is expected from Google's new phones, with a few surprises.
According to the spec sheet, the Pixel 7 has a 6.3-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate, Google's Tensor G2 chip, 8GB of RAM, and 128/256GB of storage. It has a 50-megapixel main rear camera, coupled with a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 10.8-megapixel selfie camera.
SEE ALSO: Google Pixel 7 hands-on video gives us an idea of how big it is compared to Pixel 6The Pixel 7 Pro is quite a bit more powerful. It has the same Tensor G2 chip, the same selfie camera, and the same storage options, but it comes with a 6.7-inch, 120Hz display and 12GB of RAM.
On the back, the Pixel 7 Pro has an additional, 48-megapixel telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, which will provide a 30x hybrid zoom. This is an upgrade compared to the Pixel 6 Pro, whose optical zoom only went to 4x.
Camera features highlighted by Google include Movie Motion Blur (on both models) and Macro Focus (only on the Pixel 7 Pro).
Notably, both phones now have face unlocking capabilities, which is good news for folks who aren't fans of the in-display fingerprint sensor.
We'll find if all this is true on Oct. 6, when the new phones are scheduled to be revealed alongside Google's new Pixel Watch.
