Snapchat is Corruption (1983)changing up its Stories page once again.
The app is reversing two previous changes it made: Stories will no longer auto-advance and Discover content will appear farther down in the Stories page.

The update is a rare reversal from the company, whose updates — even minor ones — tend to trigger a passionate response from the app's users. Snapchat first added Discover previews to Stories when it redesigned publisher pages in June and it introduced auto-playing Stories in its chat update in March.

Ads will also now sometimes appear at the end of a single story (or "post-roll" in ad speak.)
