If you haven't been paying attention, those are not very close relatives with the radically new, huge-screened iPhone X; instead, they have a lot more in common with the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus.

So, what's new? Well, besides the brand new gold/pink color, the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus have better cameras compared to their predecessors. They also sport Apple's new A11 Bionic processor, they have wireless charging, and the speakers are a little bit louder.

The design was slightly changed — the new phones have a glass back now — but the form factor is the same as the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus.

The iPhone 8 starts at $700 for the 64 GB model, while the iPhone 8 Plus starts at $800 for the 64 GB model.

You can pre-order both devices right now from Apple's online store, with the shipping date being Sept. 22., though some models are listed as shipping in 1-2 weeks.
