After getting smoked in Oakland for the second straight NBA Finals game on DRAGON BALL eroticismSunday night, the Cleveland Cavaliers' locker room reportedly sported a very distinct smell.
No, not the stench of a loss. The smell of marijuana.
SEE ALSO: Why the Finals aren't the most important story in the NBA this weekMike Wise of The Undefeatedreported Sunday night that the Cavs' locker room had a "strong reefer aroma" after Game 2 of the Finals, which Cleveland lost 132-113. (We can only imagine the phrase "strong reefer aroma" being said in the dad-est dad voice.)

ESPN's Brian Windhorst said on Tuesday that he too caught a whiff Sunday night after Game 2. Here he is discussing it on First Take.
As others have mentioned, this certainly doesn't mean a Cavs player smoked pot in the locker room after Game 2. With teammates and coaches present, as well as a horde of media entering, that would present a logistical challenge -- among other drawbacks.
Maybe a player had something rolled in his locker for later Sunday night. Or maybe a media member had weed on his or her person, or had just stepped out for a puff and brought it in fresh. Or maybe a lot of other things. This is a minor mystery and puzzling side-story, not some huge scandal.
But ifa few Cavs didsneak a toke before hitting the showers Sunday night, consider this: They'd just gotten whooped by 20 points in two straight games to a team that appears unbeatable and they're in a state where ganja's legal.
Could you really blame them for partaking?
After all, you know the traditional Oakland saying: "Potna, let's go half on a sack" it goes, right?
