The Adan (2019) Full Pinoy Moviemore toxic fans among us love to gatekeep about the things they like.
To them, you can't truly like a band unless you know every word to every song (including B-sides), you have no business mentioning baseball if you haven't been following the same team since birth, and you can't appreciate a franchise (Star Wars) unless you know the canonical backstory of each minor character (every alien that grunts one time in a crowded bar scene). Speaking with them is deeply exhausting.
If this annoys you, you'll appreciate this meme, which basically exaggerates the phenomenon to the point where it briefly becomes funny. Pop culture gatekeepers aren't going to stop their garbage anytime soon, but at least we can make a few jokes at their expense.
Oh, you like jokes? Name every joke ever told.
