Saturday Night Liveis giving thanks to one of its past greats right before Turkey Day.
Former cast member Will Ferrell985 Archivesset to host the show on Nov. 23, SNLTwitter confirms. He'll be joined on that pre-Thanksgiving Saturday by musical guest King Princess, who has had a big 2019 with performances at Lollapalooza, Coachella, and Glastonbury.

Ferrell's coming appearance marks his fifth time hosting SNLsince he left the cast in 2002. He was last on in 2018, for a memorable episode that included some of Mashable's very favorite sketches of the year.
"Next men's deodorant ad" and "Dinner Discussion" were our #3 and #1 picks of 2018, respectively. Both put Ferrell front-and-center in a pair of incisive sketches that roasted some of the social anxieties surrounding the #MeToo movement (careful...) and, well, social anxieties in general.
Here's hoping he brings that level of comedic fire back for his fifth turn in the SNLhosting chair.
