The Oh! doesn't rely on motors to create those satisfying vibrations you expect from this kind of toy. Instead, according to Ohdoki, it uses sound wave-based "ResoTouch technology" to help users "create their own vibrational patterns." What that means, exactly, is a bit up in the air right now.
