First,Ashley Lopez Archives the bad news: Reese's newest candy bar won't be available until May 2018. A bummer, we know.
That said, the brand's new Outrageous bar is a dream invention for peanut butter fans with a soft spot for Reese's Pieces.
SEE ALSO: YouTubers put a gigantic DIY spin on a beloved chocolate barThese new candy bars feature a peanut butter and caramel center surrounded by a layer of Reese's Pieces and coated in milk chocolate. It'll retail for $1.09 a piece when it hits grocery shelves next year.
And because we were fortunate enough to get a few samples sent to the office, my candy-loving colleagues are able to offer their one-sentence reviews for your benefit:
From Chloe: "Its only flaw is that it did not exist sooner."
From Cassie: "It was a nice combination of crunchy and soft and salty and sweet. Very well balanced!"
From Martha: "It was remarkable. My new favorite candy."
Honestly, hats off to the chemists who build this beautiful candy bar.
Now go eat a peanut butter cup topped with a handful of Reese's Pieces and pretend you're living in the future.
