Chinese home appliances brand Haier Group announced on Caught in the Act: Promiscuous Sex Life of My D-Cup Mother in lawTuesday that “the world’s first washing machine designed specifically for lazy customers” will be launched on March 15. The new model has a triple-drum design with capacities of 10.5kg, 1kg, and 1kg, making it possible for all three drums to run at the same time, according to Haier’s advertising for the product. Previously, a netizen commented on Haier’s Douyin (the Chinese version of TikTok) account with their design for a “lazy washing machine” that could wash outerwear, underwear, shoes, and socks at the same time, to which Haier staff responded that CEO Zhou Yunjie had seen the idea and immediately instructed engineers to start developing it. Haier’s Douyin account has even said that the company hopes this user will become the spokesperson for the new product. [Haier Group, in Chinese]
