Starbucks on Watch Selina's Gold OnlineThursday released its latest festive flavour in the country, baked apple, in the form of a hot latte and a Frappuccino ice-blended drink.

According to Starbucks Japan's blog, the hot baked latte is made with warm apple juice, and contains bits of caramelised apple and brown sugar and butter.

Christmas is a relatively new but already pretty big tradition in Japan, and Starbucks is capitalising on both the festive spirit and its big fanbase in the country.
Earlier this year, the coffee company introduced "Starbucks Evenings" in Tokyo, bringing cocktails, wine and beer together with cheese boards and tarts to pair with the alcoholic tipples.
