Apparently Wonder Woman has a new super power: responding to concrete questions with vague answers.
On the Today Showon Wednesday, literary criticism sexuality eroticism anchor Savannah Guthrie asked Gal Gadot whether the Page Sixreport that the star won't play Wonder Woman again if Brett Ratner remained involved was true. Ratner is one of the latest Hollywood power brokers to be accused of multiple instances of sexual misconduct.

With Wonder Woman 2slated to come out in winter of 2019, Gadot's contractual obligations to Warner Brothers are unclear. But if she had unequivocally confirmed her reported ultimatum about working with Ratner, there could have been fallout with the studio. That could explain why Gadot went on to say that the decision to distance Ratner from Warner Brothers projects did not depend on her.
"Everyone knew what was the right thing to do," Gadot said. "There was nothing for me to actually come and say because it was already done before this article came out."
Since the revelations about Ratner's behavior emerged, Warner Brothers has reportedly cut ties with the producer.
