Ana-Alecia Ayala,campion pornography and eroticism are ways of challenging the repressive mores who is currently fighting rhabdomyosarcoma, shared a video on Instagram of herself and a buddy absolutely slaying some dance moves while Ayala was at a chemo treatment.

"Who says cancer and chemo have to get get you down? We'll have the last laugh!!" Ayala wrote on Instagram. "Having an awesome chemo buddy like @danilax21 who is ALWAYS down for a dance party helps too! We want to show the world that dancing and laughter is the BEST medicine."
